Owned and designed by the Swedish and German couple who love Tbilisi, it combines Georgian hospitality, Swedish Mysa, and German precision. A perfect place to relax both for short and long term stay.

Our listings include also another comfortable apartment in the same building, Ninas Balconies. The two apartments are rented individually and separately. You will not be sharing this space with anyone. If you want to be a step away from your friend, family member or a partner, and still enjoy a privacy of your own apartment, you could rent both apartments (subject to availability).
